The Byrnes Mill Recycling Center is located off Byrnes Mill Road near Highway 30 (the entry drive is 0.4 mile from Highway 30).

  • Soda, Water and Flavored Beverage Bottles (PET - Number 1 resin)
  • Milk and Juice Jugs (HDPE Number 2 plastic)
  • Detergent and Fabric Softener Containers (HDPE Number 2)
  • Narrow Neck Plastic Containers (PVC Number 3 plastic)
  • Grocery Containers (LDPE Number 4 Plastic Resin)
  • PP Grocery Containers (Number 5 plastic)
  • Number 7 Plastic Resin Narrow Neck Containers
  • Steel Cans and Tins
  • Aseptic Packaging and Gable Top Containers (Milk and Juice Cartons)
  • Plastic Buckets (5 gallon size maximum)
  • Aluminum Cans, Trays and Foil
  • Glass Bottles and Jars (no window glass, dinnerware, etc.)

Notes: All containers to be emptied and rinsed. No motor oil, herbicides or hazardous chemical containers. Please return plastic bags to grocery store. No plastic sheets, tarps or wraps. No expanded foam or clear polystyrene. No rest room papers, papers containing synthetic materials or paper contaminated with food

  • Washers and Dryers Refrigerators
  • No small appliances, computer monitors, keyboards or TV's
