    1. A BUSINESS LICENSE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL BUSINESSES WHO CHOOSE TO LOCATE WITHIN THE CITY OF BYRNES MILL.

      Submitting a Business License & Occupancy Permit Application is your first step. The City reviews your application for zoning conformance and your application is submitted to the Board of Aldermen for review. Review time(s) may vary. If all criteria is met you will be sent an invoice and upon payment your business license will be issued.

    2. Chapter 605 of the Byrnes Mill Municipal Code discusses definitions, licensing and fees as pertains to businesses located within the City.

    3. Chapter 600 contains all information on alcoholic beverages as pertains to both temporary and permanent regulations.

    4. **Annual Business (& Alcohol) Licenses are to be renewed prior to July 1st of each calendar year.**
