The City of Byrnes Mill in Jefferson County, MO, with five (5) Jefferson County Municipalities (Co-Permittees) will be submitting a permit application to the Missouri Department of Natural Resources to renew its MS4 permit in April.  (General State Operating Permit MO-R040005).  The Stormwater Management Plan outlines the activities that the co-permittees will carry out to help improve our water quality and comply with the permit.  The draft permit application and supporting Stormwater Management can be viewed here: DRAFT MS4 PERMIT.  A virtual open house will be held on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 6:00 pm.
