The City of Byrnes Mill is seeking bids for the complete replacement of the existing HVAC unit at City Hall located at 141 Osage Executive Circle 63051.
 
 The scope of work will include removing the existing 20-ton VAV unit and all controls in a manner in which allows the unit to be offered for resale, ductwork may be discarded.
 
 The replacement HVAC will consist of three (3) independent, properly sized RTU’s with ductwork, supplies, returns, and Wi-Fi thermostats included.
 
 Any exposed ductwork within the finished office space will be framed in steel studs and drywall taped and painted.
 
 Bid to include all electrical and concrete pads as needed. all trash to be hauled away.
 
 Bids must be received by January 20, 2022, 2:00 pm
