The purpose of the    Hearing is for a variance request by Dan and Nora Ross, 6434 Upper Byrnes Mill Rd., to change Zoning Code from R -2 Single Family Residential to R-3 Multiple Family District to allow a duplex. All interested parties are urged to attend.
